WATCH: Yashasvi Jaiswal Smashed a Cracking Six To Complete His Century Against England

Young Indian batter Yashasvi Jaiswal has once again proved that he is here to achieve some greats while playing cricket for India. Jaiswal has smashed a brilliant century and this is his second ton in his short span of Test career.

In the second game of the five-match Test Series, Indian skipper Rohit Sharma won the toss and elected to bat First. Sharma returned to the pavilion and could only manage to get 14 runs facing 41 balls and India lost its first wicket at the score of 40.

However, Jaiswal continued his form and smashed a brilliant hundred and currently batting at 129 runs with the help of 14 fours and three sixes. Yashasvi Jaiswal smashed a six to complete his hundred while he was playing at 94. Before that, Jaiswal scored his maiden century(171) against the West Indies at Windsor Park in 2023.

Till the time of this news, India had already lost three wickets. Apart from Rohit Sharma(14), Shubman Gill(34) and Shreyas Iyer (27) also returned to the pavilion after getting a good start.

India is also playing with three changes. KL Rahul and Ravindra Jadeja are out due to their respective injuries, and pacer Mohammed Siraj has been rested. During the toss, the Indian skipper said that Kuldeep Yadav has joined the squad in place of Ravindra Jadeja, Mukesh Kumar has replaced Siraj and Rajat Patidar is making his debut as KL Rahul misses out.
