As things heated up at the border, Sehwag called out Pakistan for protecting its terrorist groups and stated that Indian forces would respond in a way Pakistan won’t forget.

Meanwhile, Match 58 of the IPL 2025, scheduled at Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamsala, was called off due to the attacks from Pakistan. To ensure everyone’s safety, the IPL governing council decided to cancel the match halfway through, according to a media release from Devajit Saikia.
