Virat Kohli Joins The Elite List With Rahul Dravid And Sunil Gavaskar

The fourth and final Test match is being played between India and Australia at the Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium in Ahmedabad. Australian captain Steve Smith won the toss in the fourth Test against India and decided to bat first. Australians have scored 480 runs in the first innings.

In this match, Virat Kohli, the former team India captain, registered his name in the list of wonderful records along with former Indian cricketers Sunil Gavaskar and Rahul Dravid. He scored 42 runs in this match against Australia and became the fifth batter to score 4000 runs in Tests for Team India.

Virat Kohli achieved a major milestone in his 50th Test match on his home ground, becoming the 5th Indian batter to score 4,000 runs in Test cricket in India. Kohli achieved this landmark on Saturday, March 11, on the third day of the fourth and final Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2023 in Ahmedabad.

In this match, Shubhman Gill scored 128 runs and became the second youngest batter in India to score a century against Australia. Also, Shubman Gill became the first batsman to score a century in all three formats in the year 2023. Apart from this, he also became the first batter in the country to score a century in all three formats in a calendar year.
