Indian speedster Mohammad Shami was all praise for Indian talisman Virat Kohli for his commitment to the game. Virat Kohli is often regarded as one of the greatest ever players to play the sport.
Speaking about Virat’s dedication, Shami said Virat Kohli tries to give his 100% every time in all three departments. He further stated that Virat Kohli is always in the zone and carries the aura of being a great player with him.
In his interaction with Cricbuzz Shami, he said, “He keeps his plans very clear, be it fitness or batting. Even if you give him the bowling, he will do the job, even with his cross foot (wrong foot) action. Woh ek aisa banda hai jo kahin bhi rahe woh apne frame (zone) mei rehta zaroor hai. (Woh jab bhi aayega, woh show karega apne aap ko ke haan,’mai’kya hu. He is such a person who stays focused wherever he is. Whenever he returns, he shows who he is.)”
Shami further went on to praise Virat for his commitment to the game, saying that Virat has everything that a youngster needs in a role model.
Speaking about the same, Shami said, “Imagine the amount of knowledge that the current generation will acquire about talent, fitness, and other topics if there are such role models. You find loyalty in every area that you examine. Virat Kohli demonstrates that. He possesses all the qualities young people look for in a role model.”
