The T20 cricket is booming with a rapid pace and what makes it more exciting is those monstrous sixes and fours. Hitting five or six sixes in an over now is peanut butter for many batters and now the latest addition to this list is Will Young, the destructive all-rounder from New Zealand.
In the 17th match of NZ Super Smash being played between Auckland Aces and Central Stags Will Young hit 5 sixes in a row and got out while hitting the sixth one on the final delivery of the over.
It was the seventh over of the match when Will took it against the spinner Louis Delport. He started the maximum one after one and shocked everyone hitting it so clearly across the ground. Delport delivered the last ball which was too close to go for a six but Young could not assist it properly and got caught by D Ferns on the last ball of the over.
Before returning to the pavilion, he scored 67 runs in 27 balls with the help of four fours and 7 sixes with five coming in the same over.
Central Stags won this match by 29 runs with Duckworth Lewis method.
