VIDEO: 6,6,6… MS Dhoni On Rampage Mode, Shatters Hardik Pandya With Three Consecutive Sixes

In the El Classico of Indian Premier League, a clash between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings, the visitors beat the hosts by 20 runs at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. Meanwhile, the stadium crowd lived their moment to the fullest once the former CSK captain shattered Hardik Pandya with three consecutive sixes.

Dhoni went to bat when there were only four balls left in the CSK innings. He quickly scored 20 runs at a whopping strike rate of 500. Hardik couldn’t stop Dhoni’s aggressive batting, and the crowd cheered loudly as Dhoni hit him all over the ground.

Hardik’s first delivery to Dhoni was a slower one, but Dhoni read it quickly and smashed it for a huge six over long-off. The next ball was a similar length, but Dhoni hit it with the same result, sending it over wide long-on for another six.

The third ball from Hardik Pandya was another bad delivery which he gave as a low full toss at Dhoni’s pads which was flicked forcefully for a six by the legendary batter.

Dhoni aimed to hit the final ball of the over for another maximum, but he slightly missed it. He managed to grab a double as CSK’s total crossed 200.

While chasing the target Mumbai Indians batters fell short of 20 runs, despite Rohit Sharma getting a century where he scored 105 runs.

For Chennai, Matheesha Pathirana got four wickets in his quota of four overs and was declared as man of the match.
