Unraveling the Mystery Behind Mayank Yadav and Deepak Chahar’s IPL Exit

Lucknow’s young pace sensation Mayank Yadav is unlikely to feature in this year’s IPL. As per the reports, the young pacer suffered a muscle tear in the match against the Mumbai Indians. This is Mayank’s second injury in the past four weeks.

Apart from Mayank Yadav, CSK’s lead pace bowler, Deepak Chahar, is also set to miss the entire IPL season. Speaking about Deepak’s injury, CSK CEO Kasi Vishwanathan said,. “Deepak’s injury is not looking good. I will not say he is ruled out of the season, but doubtful.”

Deepak Chahar pulled his hamstring in CSK’s last clash against the Punjab kings. Chahar bowled only a couple of deliveries before leaving the field.
The reports further added that there’s serious doubt over Mayank Yadav’s participation this season.

Earlier, it was said that Maynak Yadav would be making a comeback in Lucknow’s squad for the playoffs if they qualified for the next round.

Mayank Yadav is one of the finds of this year’s IPL. The pacer rattled the best of batsmen with his pace and accuracy. Mayank was awarded Man of the Match in the first two matches that he played for Lucknow this season.
