Unmasking The Reality: Ex-India Star’s Take On KS Bharat’s Performance

Team India’s wicketkeeper-batsman, Ks Bharat, has been facing a lot of criticism from cricket pundits all around the world due to his performance in international cricket.

A recent critic of Ks Bharat being one of the prominent faces of cricket commentary, Sanjay Manjrekar, is utterly disappointed by Ks Bharat’s performances on the international stage.

In a recent interaction, Sanjay Manjrekar said that Bharat has not looked good in the test matches since his debut; he has been quite flattening with the bat. In such cases, the team management needs to find better options apart from him.

Sanjay Manjrekar also pointed out that Rishabh Pant has been on the road to recovery and is in line to make his comeback in international cricket.

Sanjay Manjrekar further went on to say that Ks Bharat has been very effective behind the wickets but has not done enough with the bat to justify his place in India’s test set-up.

Sanjay Manjrekar further added that the keepers all around the world a decent contributors with the bat, and team India needs to find any individual who is a good wicketkeeper but also has the ability to contribute with the bat.

So far, Ks Bharat has played 7 test matches for India, scoring 221 runs at a modest average of 20.09 with the highest score of 44. It will be interesting to see if, looking at Bharat’s performances, India will give him further chances or not.
