Ex-Sunrisers Hyderabad head coach Tom Moody said that the Sunrisers should try to include Umran Malik in their starting 11. Tom Moddy feels that including Umran Malik will boost Sunrisers Hyderabad’s bowling attack.
Umran Malik, who is known for his pace, has just got one match to play in the ongoing season of the IPL, and with Sunrisers Hyderabad, they still need to win a couple of matches to cement their place in the playoffs.
In his interaction with ESPNCRICINFO, Tom Moody said, “Forget about the economy; I don’t care if Umran went for 15 overs. If he bowls 2 overs and takes 2 wickets for 30, I am happy because he has done his job. He is there to bowl at high pace and break open the middle overs, getting a couple of wickets. SRH needs someone to take wickets.”
Sunrisers Hyderabad will be next seen in action against the Lucknow Super Giants on May 8.
