This RR player set to miss their Clash against RCB

Rajasthan Royals captain Sanju Samson is going to miss the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore on April 24 due to an injury. The team announced that he won’t be playing in the upcoming IPL game because he’s still recovering from a side injury he got while batting against Delhi Capitals.

According to the Royals, he’ll be staying with the medical staff at their home base while he heals. They’ll decide on his return to the team on a game-by-game basis. The Royals’ statement mentioned that he’s still in recovery and won’t travel for the match against RCB.

Samson had to leave the game early before and couldn’t play in the last match against Lucknow Super Giants, where Riyan Parag took over as captain. He had already struggled with a finger injury that limited his participation in the first few games, but he came back as captain after some rehab. Unfortunately, this latest side injury has now taken him out of action again.

This is a tough blow for the Royals, who are currently in eighth place in the standings with only two wins out of eight matches.
