The dashing opener from Sunrisers Hyderabad Abhishek Sharma continued his golden run in this year’s IPL as the Southpaw produced another match-winning innings against the Punjab Kings. Abhishek Sharma went on to make 66 of just 28 deliveries after Sunrisers Hyderabad chased down Punjab’s target of 215.
Abhishek Sharma was awarded the player of the match award for his exceptional performance with the bat. Abhishek Sharma hit six sixes in his innings, which made him the first Indian to hit 40 sixes in an IPL season.
