However, Aakashdeep has seen a lot of hard times before getting into international cricket.
Aakashdeep is from Sasaram in Bihar and has an immense passion to play cricket; however, his father did not support his decision.
Despite not being supported by his father, Aaksh left his home and went to Durgapur to find a job to fulfill his needs.
Aakashdeep joined a local club and immediately impressed everyone with his pace, but before he could make a mark for himself, his father passed away due to a stroke. Two months after that, Aaksh also lost his brother.
Loosing two of the family members The Aakash family came under a big crisis with no money in the house. To support his family, Aaksh had to give up his dream of playing cricket for three years, but his love and passion for the game could not keep him away for a very long period of time.
He returned to Durgapur and then moved to Kolkata, where he first started to live in a small room with his cousin.
Akash then was part of Bengal Under-23 team and made his debut in 2019. Then, in the Indian Premier League, he was signed by RCB in a 2022 auction.
On February 23, 2024, Aakashdeep became the 313th Indian player to represent India in the longest format of the game.
