“The Australia team wanted me…”Travis Head gives a huge statement regarding his fearless approach

After the Sunrisers registered a thumping win over LSG, their opener, Travis Head, gave a massive statement about his fearless approach, saying that the Australian team wanted him to play like that. Travis Head was awarded the player of the match award for playing a sensational knock of 89*.

Speaking about his mindset, Travis Head says that he tries to take full advantage of powerplay and is continuously working to improve his game against Spin as he will be traveling to the West Indies and the USA in the next month for the T20 World Cup.

In his post-match presentation, Travis Head said, “Lot of fun today. It was nice to get this done in 10 overs. Abhi and I have had a few partnerships like this. Just concentrate on getting in good positions, watch the ball hard, and try to maximize the powerplay.
(On his spin-hitting.) It is something I have been working on; it will be a big part in the Caribbean as well. It is important to go 360 in the modern game.”

Lucknow tried to stop the carnage by introducing Spin, but failed miserably as the southpaw hammered Ravi Bishnoi and Krishnappa Gowtham all around the park.

Travis Head also gave insights about his attacking and fearless approach, saying that he has been playing the same brand of cricket in the last 12 months as his national team wanted him to play with the same mindset.

Travis Head said, “The last 12 months, that’s how they wanted me to play in the Aussie team, and that’s what I’ve been told to do here as well.”
