Technical Bidding For WIPL, Ambani And Adani Are Showing Interest; Check Full Report

Technical bidding of the Women’s Indian Premier League is all set to begin on Monday. The interested franchise will need to apply for the bid on Monday to win the bid.

And the final call will be taken on Wednesday, deciding who owns which team in the inaugural season of the WIPL.

According to the report, Men’s Indian Premier League franchise Mumbai Indians owner Ambanis is showing interest in buying a team for WIPL and will try to grow their franchise. They already have teams in South Africa T20 (MI Cape Town) and International League T20 (MI Emirates). Another biggest name of the corporates, Adanis, will also show their interest in getting the team into the WIPL first season. Earlier, in the IPL 2022, they missed securing a franchise.

As per the BCCI’s Invitation To Tender (ITT) document, INR 1000 crores will be the net worth, so many big names from the world are expected to show their interest in the technical bidding round.
