Heartbreak for Indian fans ahead of the world cup, star all-rounder injured and ruled out

Heartbreaking news is coming for the Indian Cricket Team fans as the star Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been ruled out of the T20 World Cup due to a serious knee injury. With his all-around skills, Jadeja, who participated in the first two Asia Cup games against Pakistan and Hong Kong, provides the squad with the necessary balance. India’s campaign at the T20 world cup could suffer greatly from his absence.
A senior BCCI official has told PTI, “Jadeja’s right knee injury is pretty serious. He is supposed to undergo major knee surgery and will be out of action for an indefinite period of time. At this point, if one goes by the assessment of the NCA’s medical team, one can’t put a timeline on his imminent international comeback.”
If the reports are to be believed, Jadeja’s recovery could take more than six months. But it seems somewhat clear that Jadeja will be out for at least three months. Jadeja’s knee problem has reportedly existed for a long time, and a detailed examination of the last year would indicate that he is increasingly becoming a batting all-rounder across formats, with his left-arm spin becoming less of a primary ability and more of a backup.
Experts have opined that his right knee has suffered from the force of falling on it with his front foot when bowling. It could be a long time before he can return to international cricket with the help of a rigorous rehabilitation program.
Earlier it was reported that Ravindra Jadeja has been ruled out of Asia Cup 2022 currently going on. Axar Patel has been named as his replacement for the remainder of the match in the tournament.
India will play Pakistan for the second time in the Asia Cup for the Super 4 clash on Sunday at Sheikh Zayed stadium in Dubai
