In the year 2019, Raj Lakshmi Arora was appointed the head of BCCI’s four-member Internal Committee (IC), which deals with complaints of sexual harassment. Arora had replaced lawyer Karina Kripalani, who had resigned and was serving her notice period. Raj Lakshmi Arora was also head of the internal complaints committee of BCCI, which monitored issues like players’ misbehavior. Arora is currently a producer in the BCCI’s media and communication team.
