Before the IPL 2024, Sunrisers Hyderabad had let go of six players before the much-awaited upcoming season.
Notably, England batsman Harry Brook, who was acquired for a huge ₹13.25 crore at the 2023 auction, has been released. Despite his notable century in the previous edition, the aggressive batsman had a disappointing tournament overall. He managed to get only 190 runs in 11 matches with an average of 21.11.
Samarth Vyas, Kartik Tyagi, Vivrant Sharma, Akeal Hosein, and Adil Rashid are the other players released by the Sunrisers Hyderabad franchise ahead of the IPL 2024 auction.
Not only this, the all-rounder Shahbaz Ahmed has been traded to SRH, and Mayank Dagar has joined RCB.
