Shubman Gill’s IPL Feat: Breaking Virat Kohli’s Record

Gujarat Titans skipper Shubman Gill went on to make a new record at the age of 24 years and 215 days as he became the fastest player to score 3000 IPL runs, breaking Virat Kohli’s record. Shubhman Gill reached the milestone in just 94 innings. 

Virat Kohli Earlier, he held the record for scoring the fastest 3000 runs in the IPL. He achieved this feat at the age of 26 years, 186 days. Kl Rahul, on the other hand, is the fastest Indian to achieve this milestone. Rahul took just 80 innings to reach 3000 IPL runs. 

Shubhman Gill ranks number three in terms of innings. He is trailing Chris Gayle (75) and KL Rahul (80). Jos Buttler, Faf du Plessis, and Shubhman Gill reached the milestone in 94 innings each.
