According to some exclusive media reports, India and Pakistan will face each other in the 2024 T20 World Cup on June 9 in New York. Not only this, the team will face its first match against Ireland.
Sources indicate that the Indian cricket team, aiming for their second T20 World Cup title, is anticipated to contest their group-stage matches in the USA. If they progress, the team is expected to play the Super 8 matches in the West Indies.
To commence their T20 World Cup campaign, India is scheduled to go up against the Irish side in New York on June 5. After the match against Pakistan, India will encounter the USA on June 12 in New York before concluding their group stage fixtures in Florida with a match against Canada.
