“Saved your mother…”Harbhajan Singh blasts over Kamran Akmal for his racist comments on sikh community

Former Pakistani wicketkeeper Kamran Akmal received a lot of backlash for his racist comments about the Sikh community. Kamran Akmal made comments on the Indian team’s pace, Sensation Arshdeep Singh, on live TV.

Indian skipper Rohit Sharma gave Arshdeep the responsibility of bowling the final over, with 18 runs needed for Pakistan to win.
The pacer was accurate with his line and length, and in the end, he made sure that team India won the contest by six runs.
Speaking about the match, former Pakistani wicketkeeper Kamran Akmal, who was part of a discussion panel, made comments on Arshdeep Singh’s religion.

Kamran Akmal said, “”Kuch bhi ho sakta hai… 12 baj gaye hai. (Anything can happen.) It is already 12,” he remarked. “Kisi Sikh ko nahi dena chahiye 12 baje over (No Sikh should be given the over at  midnight.”

This comment from Kamran Akmal was heavily criticized by social media users, and the former Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh also took to social media and blasted Kamran Akmal for his comments on the Sikh community.

Harbhajan Singh took his X account and wrote, “Lakh di laanat tere Kamraan Akhmal. You should know the history of Sikhs before you open your filthy mouth. We Sikhs saved your mothers and sisters when they were abducted by invaders; the time invariably was 12 o’clock. Shame on you. Have some gratitude.”

Speaking of the match, it was team India who once again stood victorious against their arch-rivals Pakistan, with Rishabh Pant being the top scorer for team India, scoring Crucial 42 runs.
