On July 14, Friday, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) launched their third moon mission after two unsuccessful attempts. This project cost 640 Crores and launched the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota. This moon mission is named Chandrayaan 3. The spacecraft has reached orbit and is on its way to the moon.
After the unsuccessful soft landing of Chandrayaan 2, India is determined to become the fourth nation to successfully land a rover on the moon’s surface. The launch occurred at 2:35 pm from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota.
Following the successful launch, numerous renowned figures from various professions took to social media to congratulate the ISRO scientists and share heartfelt messages. Sachin Tendulkar, the legendary Indian cricketer, and highest run-getter, also joined in.

The Chandrayaan-3 mission is expected to take approximately a month to reach the moon’s surface, with the target date for landing set as August 23. As India continues pursuing lunar exploration, this successful launch brings a sense of pride and excitement to the nation.
