India lost the three-match ODI series against Bangladesh with a defeat of 5 runs at Shere Bangla National Stadium, Dhaka. The captain of team India Rohit Sharma tried his best but the men in blue couldn’t cross the line.

In the post match presentation, Rohit Sharma talked about his thumb injury and talked about the fitness concerns of players. It is noted that many players of team India are going with major injuries and the young debutant Kuldeep Sen is also said to be ruled out from the 2nd ODI with some fracture.

Rohit Sharma talked about the workload management and said,”There are few injury concerns, we need to get to the bottom of this. Need to try and monitor them, because it’s important to understand this. When they come to play for India, they need to be at more than 100 percent.”

He further added,”We need to monitor their workload because we can’t have guys coming in to play for the country half-fit.”

As we know not only Rohit and Kuldeep Sen but the star players like Jasprit Bumrah, Ravindra Jadeja, Prasid Krishna, Rishabh Pant are already suffering from injury and many of them are still there in NCA to regain their fitness.
