PSL 2023 Is Set To Begin On February 13, These 6 World Class Players Will Play For The 1st Time

The Pakistan Cricket Board has announced that the 2023 season of the Pakistan Super League will begin on February 13. The opening match at the Multan Cricket Stadium will be played between both finalists of 2022, Lahore Qalandars and Multan Sultans.

Last year Lahore Qalandars defeated Multan Sultans in the final and became the first team to successfully defend their title. A total of 34 matches will be played this season which will take place in Peshawar, Multan, Lahore, and Karachi.

There will be two stages in the competition. The matches will be held in Multan and Peshawar from February 13 to February 26 before they travel to Karachi and Lahore. The Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore will host the Qualifier, the two Eliminators, and the Final which will be played on March 19.

Adil Rashid, Matthew Wade, Wanindu Hasaranga, Bhanuka Rajapaksa, Jimmy Neesham, and Tabraiz Shamsi are a few of the players who will be making their tournament debuts in this edition.
