Australia’s wicket-keeper-batter Alex Carey made a proclamation about the return of the captain Pat Cummins’ injury which he was the one to miss the first Test of the series against England. The southpaw batter was very positive saying that the very king of the cricket, the captain, looked very much in his element while practicing in a 100% intensity, one hour long net session at the Optus Stadium.
The loss of cummins during the first test in Perth as a bowler was primarily due to the back stress injury he sustained during Australia’s series of 3-0 triumph over the West Indies in July. The pacer has already started practicing being eligible for the full Ashes series and he wants to be available for the second Test against England in Brisbane.
