Not Arshdeep or Siraj, Navjot Singh Sidhu Picks These Two Uncapped Bowlers For T20 World Cup 2024

The T20 World Cup 2024 will begin on June 1, co-hosted by the USA and West Indies. For the same, BCCI selectors will keep their eye on the ongoing IPL so that they can pick their best players out of it.

Jasprit Bumrah will lead the bowling attack for Team India in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. Arshdeep Singh, Mohammed Siraj, Avesh Khan, and Sandeep Sharma are likely to bowl alongside Bumrah. However, former India player Navjot Singh Sidhu has chosen two inexperienced pacers for the global tournament.

While talking to Star Sports, Navjot Singh Sidhu said, “Mayank Yadav and Mohsin Khan of Lucknow Super Giants should be selected for the T20 World Cup. If I were the selector, I would have gone with these two names.”

“Mayank Yadav has raw pace but knows how to bowl the right line and length. He was sensational in the two matches against Punjab Kings and Royal Challengers Bengaluru. If he is fit, there is no better choice than him.”

“Mohsin is a left-arm pacer India need. He is tall and gets the bounce from the wicket. His line and length can trouble any batter. Mohsin has bowled well in the IPL 2024,” he added.

The impressive pacer from Lucknow Super Giants, Mayank Yadav is battling with injuries and he has not been part of the LSG’s playing XI for the last couple of matches.
