Michael Vaughan Picks His Semifinalists For The T20 World Cup 2024, Snubs India

Former England cricketer Michael Vaughan has given his predictions on the four semi-finalists of the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024. Surprisingly, he didn’t include India in his top four picks. Vaughan’s top four choices are England, Australia, South Africa, and West Indies.

The T20 World Cup, set to start on June 1 and finish on June 29, will be co-hosted by the USA and West Indies.

As the T20 World Cup comes nearer, the anticipation has grown, and experts are now focusing on predicting the tournament’s semi-finalists rather than just the squads. With the ICC’s deadline for squad submissions set for May 1, all the teams have revealed their respective squad for the tournament.

India, South Africa, England, Australia, and Afghanistan have finalized their squads for the upcoming T20 World Cup. India has a mix of experienced and young talented players.

Michael Vaughan took his official “X” handle to announce his top-4 teams for the upcoming T20 World Cup.

He said, “My 4 Semi-finalists for the T20 WC … England, Australia, South Africa, and the West Indies.”

Michael Vaughan has not included India, the 2007 T20 World Cup champion, in his top four teams, breaking away from the usual trend where India is frequently selected as one of the favorites to win ICC events and major tournaments.
