Indian Premier League Franchise Mumbai Indians went global this year. Earlier this year, they added their name to South Africa and UAE league, and in 2023 the new colleague MI Cape town and MI Emirates are set to debut.

Today, MI Global announced Kieron Pollard as the new captain for MI Emirates, and they have picked the best talent from the globe, such as Dwayne Bravo, Nicholas Pooran, Trent Boult, and Imran Tahir. They all made their debut in the ILT20, beginning on 13th January 2023.
However, Rashid Khan will take over the captain’s duties of MI Cape Town with local South African like Kagiso Rabada, Dewald Bravis, and Rassie van der Dussen. Destructive overseas players Sam Curran, Liam Livingstone, and Jofra Archer, and the season of South Africa 20 will begin on 10th January 2023.
