Mumbai Indians continue to miss the services of team India’s dynamic T-20 batter, Suryakumar Yadav. The absence of Surya has hurt Mumbai quite badly, as they have lost their first two matches of the tournament.
Before their second match against Sunrisers Hyderabad, a fan pointed out that how can Sunrisers Hyderabad defeat the Mumbai Indians as their batters are injured and not in form.
A user wrote on X “Important match today, especially for SunRisers Hyderabad at home. It might be the best time to play the Mumbai Indians this early. Players like Kishan look currently undercooked for game time form, and no Suryakumar Yadav yet has an ankle problem.”
Replying to that post, Suryakumar Yadav wrote, Little correction, mate. Ankle plus, I got operated on for sports hernia,” the response from Surya went viral over social media in no time.
Suryakumar Yadav has still not gotten clearance from the NCA to participate in the IPL as the batter continues to recover from Sports Harina.
Surya earlier underwent a groin surgery in February, and this was the second surgery that the star batter has gone through in recent times.
