Lahore Qalandars’ Woes Deepen as Haris Rauf Exits PSL

Still searching for their first victory of the tournament, Lahore Qualandars face another setback in the PSL as they lose one of their key bowlers in the PSL season.

Lahore Qualandars pace bowler Haris Rauf has been ruled out of the entire PSL season due to a shoulder dislocation and is all set to miss further cricketing action.

Rauf suffered an injury as, in a match against the Karachi Kings, he took an excellent catch diving forward at long off. He suffered a shoulder dislocation with that dive and will need almost four to six weeks to recover from the injury.

Rauf went on for medical assistance, and after consultation, it was decided that the pace bowler would need at least four to six weeks to recover from the injury.

Speaking of the same, Lahore Qualandars skipper Shaheen Afridi said, “It’s quite unfortunate to lose Haris Rauf, as he has been one of our major strengths. And his absence will be felt, but the team is quite confident of rising to the occasion, and we wish him a speedy recovery and hope to see him back in the field soon.”

Lahore Qualandars are currently placed at the bottom of the table as the team has yet to win their first encounter, losing five of the five matches that they have played till now.
