‘Kohli And Gambhir Are Not Enemies’, Former Cricketer Spoke On The Friendly Bond Between Two Indian Legends

Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir have settled their differences and were seen having a serious discussion before the Kolkata Knight Riders faced the Royal Challengers Bangalore at Eden Gardens.
KKR will face RCB on April 21 in their second match of the 17th season. Earlier in the season, Kolkata defeated Faf du Plessis-led RCB in Bengaluru.

Despite Virat Kohli scoring a century, it wasn’t sufficient to stop the visiting team from winning. Former RCB captain and current KKR mentor Gambhir was present on the field during the strategic time-out. While Kohli was batting, Gautam went out to discuss strategies with his players for the rest of the RCB innings.

During IPL 2023, there was a big argument between Gautam and Kohli when Gautam was playing for Lucknow Super Giants. Kohli mocked Naveen Ul Haq from LSG, which led to a serious talk between the two players after the match. Gautam didn’t like how Kohli treated Naveen and talked to him about it, which caused them to argue. Other players had to step in to separate them.

Meanwhile, the former Indian cricketer Navjot Singh has commented on the new friendship between the Indian greats, Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir.

Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir are no enemies. I would repeat what late Sushma Swaraj said in the parliament about the government and the opposition members. “We are rivals but not enemies,” she once said.

He further added, “Both Gambhir and Virat are fierce competitors and they play to win matches. It doesn’t mean they are against each other. It is good to see their latest video from the Eden Gardens. Their bond is soothing to eyes.”
