Know More About IPL’S Youngest Player Who Registered His Name For IPL Auction 2023

The auction of the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League is all set to be held on 23rd December 2023 in Kochi. For this edition, there were 991 players had been registered for the mini-auction, but only 405 players were shortlisted for the auction.

The Afghanistan right-arm off-spinner Allah Mohammad Ghazanfar is the youngest player in IPL history who has been selected for the IPL mini auction 2023. His base price is 20 Lakhs in the mini auction 2023. He had also put his name for the Big Bash League Auction but could not find any buyer.

Speaking on this, Allah Mohammad Ghazanfar stated that Indian spinner Ravi Ashwin is his inspiration in cricket and shared his thoughts.

“Ashwin has been a champion spinner for India, and I like his variations. I have always considered him my inspiration,” said the Afghani spinner.

Earlier, Allah wanted to be the speedster for the Afghani team; after the suggestion of former Afghanistani Dawlat Ahmadzai, he started bowling spinner.

“I started with tennis ball cricket and would play in my neighborhood, but under the guidance of my coach, I started bowling spin, and soon, I developed an action, and there hasn’t been any looking back since,” the youngster revealed.

It will be interesting to see if any franchise will buy him in the mini auction 2023 or if he will face the same thing as big bash league.
