James Neesham achieves this elusive milestone for New Zealand

James Neesham had a great game during the final T20I against Pakistan in Wellington on Wednesday. He shone with the ball, helping New Zealand secure a clear eight-wicket victory. Neesham, a right-arm bowler, picked up his first five-wicket haul in T20Is, ending with impressive figures of 5 for 22 in four overs. He took out Abul Samad (4), Shadab Khan (28), Jahandad Khan (1), Salman Agha (51), and Sufiyan Muqeem (0).

With this performance, Neesham became the fifth bowler in T20I history to take five wickets against Pakistan. Tim Southee, James Faulkner, Dwaine Pretorius, and Spencer Johnson are the others who achieved this before him. Thanks to Neesham, Pakistan could only manage a total of 128 runs for 9 wickets in their innings. New Zealand chased down that target easily, finishing with 132 for 2 in just 10 overs, with opener Tim Seifert smashing a quick 97 not out off 38 balls.

With this win, New Zealand wrapped up the series 4-1 against Pakistan. Now, both teams will shift their focus to the three-match ODI series starting March 29 in Napier.
