IPL 2023: Yashasvi Jaiswal Has Learnt To Convert Fifties Into Hundred From This Superstar, Sehwag Biggest Observation About The RR Opener

The IPL 2023 playoffs race is becoming more interesting as teams strive to stay in contention. In order to keep every possible chance alive for the playoffs, Rajasthan Royals and Punjab Kings will now face each other at Dharamshala.

Rajasthan Royals faced a huge defeat in the last game against RCB by 112 runs. On the other hand, Punjab Kings had a close loss in the hands of Delhi Capitals even after Liam Livingstone 94 run heroics.

India’s promising and exciting young batter Yashasvi Jaiswal will once again be there on everyone’s attention as he steps onto the Himachal stadium, which is considered as a batting-friendly pitch. Jaiswal is currently the third-highest run-scorer in the tournament, the left-handed opener will now aim to surpass the 600-run milestone this season.

The former Indian batter Virender Sehwag praised the young player from Mumbai for emulating the approach of the legendary Virat Kohli. He commended the player’s efforts to transform his fifties into century scores. Sehwag said that Jaiswal is following the footsteps of Kohli and he has the ability to get big scores once he gets a start.

While having a conversation at Star Sports, Sehwag said,”Yashasvi Jaiswal is a future star. He’s learned the art of converting 50s into 100s from Virat Kohli. Several batters throw their wickets after scoring 13-ball 50 but Yashasvi looks to build on. He’s got that temperament to play big knocks.”
