MS Dhoni led Chennai Super Kings has faced a huge setback before their first encounter tomorrow against the Gujarat Titans at Narendra Modi Stadium. The star of CSK for the previous edition Mukesh Choudhary has been ruled out of the tournament. However, the MS Dhoni team is yet to name a substitute for him.The 16th edition of this cash-rich league is set to commence on March 31.
The tournament has finally arrived in a home and away format and it would be a treat for the fans to watch their star players in their hometown.It is worth mentioning that Mukesh Choudhary is the second player from Chennai Super Kings to be ruled out of the upcoming Indian Premier League, after the star Kiwi fast bowler Kyle Jamieson.
However, Chennai Super Kings management has already announced the replacement of Kyle Jamieson in the name of South African pacer Sisanda Magala.Mukesh Chaudhary performed brilliantly in IPL 2022. He fulfilled the need of Chennai Super Kings after Deepak Chahar was ruled out from the last season due to a back injury. Mukesh got 16 wickets in 13 matches and impressed everyone with his performance.
