India’s premier all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja is all set to be back on the cricket field. Now Jadeja will play a match in the Ranji Trophy for Saurashtra against Tamil Nadu starting from 24th January. All-rounder decided this due to the strong policy of the BCCI selection committee.
Earlier, on 19th January, BCCI announced the Indian squad for the first two test matches of the four-match series against Australia, and after the test, they will play three ODI match series.
However, Jadeja spends a lot of time in the National Cricket Academy, Bengaluru, for his proper fitness. 34-year-old all-rounder posted a video from his official Twitter, “Left arm around #priority,” Jadeja captioned the video.
Ravindra Jadeja was featured last time in the Indian team against Hong Kong in the Asia Cup 2022. His knee got injured in that match, and he has missed all the matches since now and even missed the T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia.
India’s Test squad for the first two Tests against Australia: Rohit Sharma (Captain), KL Rahul (vice-captain), Shubman Gill, Cheteshwar Pujara, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, KS Bharat (wk), Ishan Kishan, R.
