With India winning the first match in Trinidad and West Indies bouncing back to win the second. The series is now leveled at 1-1.
Both the teams would want to take a significant lead in the series by winning this match before moving the tour to Florida, USA.
India scored 138 runs and got all out in 19.4 overs while batting first. West Indies chased down the score with 5 wickets in hand and 4 balls remaining.
India could not continue their dominating batting performance in the second match. Skipper Rohit Sharma was dismissed in the very first ball of the last match and 5 out of batters could not even get past the 100 strike rate. Batting would be the prime concern for the Indian team in the third match.
Indian bowlers have performed well in the last match except for Avesh Khan. The pitch is expected to be fast bowling friendly and Avesh would want to improve his performance in the third match.
