India vs Pakistan Test Series To Be Hosted By Australia; Check Out The Full Detail

The cricket match between India vs. Pakistan is no less than a festival for cricket fans, irrespective of the format. But it’s been a long since both arch-rival nations played any bilateral series. Both nations played limited-overs (3ODIs and 2T20I) bilateral series in 2013 and longest format bilateral series in 2007.

Earlier in the T20 World Cup, when both the arch-rivals clashed at the Melbourne Cricket Stadium, 90,000 fans were at the stadium to watch the high-voltage match.

Melbourne Cricket Chief Executive Stuart Fox explained that the atmosphere of that match was like we have never felt anything like that. The noise coming from the crowd on every ball was overwhelming; looking at that, there would be no problem filling the venue for the test series between the team.

Further speaking on this, the spokesperson added that if both nations’ team management is ready for the test series at a neutral venue, we are ready to host it.

“If there were to be a Test between India and Pakistan on neutral territory, we would be interested in the opportunity to host it in Australia. The supporters of the two teams here for the World Cup were amazing, and the vast majority of those fans live in Australia,” the spokesperson added.
