Former Pakistani spinner Danish Kaneria has given a huge statement regarding the upcoming Asia Cup triumph. He said that in the upcoming tournament, the men in blue will look a bit submissive in comparison to the Pakistan Cricket team.
The former leggie highlighted India’s lack of a strong bowling lineup noting the uncertainty surrounding the selection of pacers for Rohit Sharma and his team for the playing XI.
While talking to his official youtube Channel during his live session the former Pakistani spinner highlighted the lack of spin attack and also talked about the star Indian spinner Yuzvendra Chahal.
“Pakistan has the edge, as India doesn’t look settled at the moment. They don’t know which fast bowlers are going to play. In their spin department, Yuzvendra Chahal has been inconsistent. Kuldeep Yadav, Axar Patel, and Ravindra Jadeja should be the three spinners, according to me. If they want a spinner on standby, Ravi Bishnoi should get the nod,” he said.
India and Pakistan may face each other up to three times in the Asia Cup 2023. Their initial encounter is scheduled for September 2 in a Group A match at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium.
