IND vs ENG: England Announces Playing XI For Third Test, One Change By Three Lions

The England Cricket Board has announced the playing XI for the third Test to be played in Rajkot from February 15.

For the third game of the five-match T20I series, England has made just once change as they have marked the entry of Shoaib Bashir replacing the star pacer Mark Wood. Not only this, the skipper of the side Ben Stokes is all set to represent England in the 100th Test in Rajkot.

The legendary pacer of England cricket, James Anderson is also on the verge of reaching a huge milestone. Anderson has currently 695 wickets in his Test career and if the bowler manages to get five wickets in Rajkot, he will become the third after Muttiah Muralitharan and Shane Warne to clinch 700 Test wickets. Not only this, Anderson would be the first pacer to get this record.

Both India and England are currently standing at 1-1 in this five match Test series. England started the series with a win by beating the hosts by 28 runs in Hyderabad and then team India made a comeback winning the second game at Vizag by 128 runs.

England playing XI for third test:

Zak Crawley, Ben Duckett, Ollie Pope, Joe Root, Jonny Bairstow, Ben Stokes (C), Ben Foakes, Rehan Ahmed, Tom Hartley, Mark Wood, James Anderson
