IND vs AUS 4th Test: Fans Troll Aakash Chopra And Praised Venkatesh Prasad After Shubman Gill’s Century

On March 11, in the ongoing fourth Test match between India and Australia at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, Shubman Gill delivered an outstanding performance for Team India. On Day 3 of the game, Shubman Gill scored a brilliant century(128) run before getting out by LBW.

Despite only managing to score 21 and 5 runs in the third Test, Shubman Gill made an impressive comeback in the fourth Test against Australia. He scored a brilliant 128 runs off 235 balls, which included 12 fours and a six. He also formed a formidable partnership of 113 runs with Cheteshwar Pujara for the second wicket.

Cricinformer wants to inform this was Shubman Gill’s first Test century on Indian soil. The 23-year-old had previously scored his maiden Test hundred in the first Test against Bangladesh in Chattogram last year.

Shubman Gill has capitalized on the opportunity he received in the playing XI after replacing KL Rahul, by scoring his second Test century. It’s worth noting that KL Rahul could only score 38 runs in his three innings during the first two Tests against the Australian team.

Fans criticized former Indian cricketer and now commentator Aakash Chopra for his support of KL Rahul, while former India player Venkatesh Prasad received praise for expressing his concern about Shubman Gill’s absence in the first two Tests.
