ICC Nominates England Star Batter As ICC Men’s Player Of The Months For November 2022

English White Ball skipper Jos Buttler has been rewarded as the ICC Men’s Player Of the Month for November 2022 as he guided the English team to clinch the T20 World Cup 2022 title.

Jos Buttler beat his teammates Adil Rashid and Pakistani speedster Shaheen Shah Afridi. He showed impressive performance in the T20 World Cup 2022 and helped his team to lift the title for the second time in history. The first time they won the T20 World Cup title was in 2010. He started the shortest of the World Cup 2022 with a bang in which he played the blistering knock of 73, ran off 47, and helped their team to clinch the victory of 20 runs against New Zealand.

In the knockout round, English skipper Jos Buttler’s partnership with his teammate Alex Hales helped his team to a historic win in the semi-final match against the Indian team by ten wickets and thus became the first team to qualify for the final of the T20 World Cup 2022. In the finals, he scored 26 runs against the strong bowling attack of Pakistan.

After winning the title of ICC Men’s Player for November, Jos Buttler thanked his fans for voting for him and said the feeling of being world champion is incredible.

“I want to thank the fans for voting for me as the ICC Player of the Month for November. This award is down to the efforts of my teammates in what was the most incredible month of cricket, culminating in winning the ICC men’s T20 World Cup in Australia,” Buttler said.

However, Pakistan’s Sidra Ameen won the ICC Women’s Player Of The Month title for November 2022 for her impressive performance in the ODI series against Ireland.

His remarkable performance of 176 runs in the first match against Ireland was overwhelming and helped her team win the clash by 128 runs, and again in the second ODI match, he played a smashing knock of 91 off 93 balls, and Green Army won by nine wickets.
