‘He Is A Kind Of Player Every IPL Team Would Love To Have’, Uthappa Huge Remarks On CSK Star Batter

The former Indian cricketer and also the middle-order batter of Chennai Super Kings Robin Uthappa has expressed great admiration for CSK batsman Ambati Rayudu considering him as one of the most underrated cricketers in the country. Uthappa praised the skills and contributions of Rayudu to this great cash-rich league and highlighted that he is not recognized for his talent and abilities in the cricketing world.

Uthappa further talked and said that Ambati Rayudu should have been included in India’s Test team as well. He highlighted Rayudu’s extensive knowledge of the game and expressed his belief that any team would benefit from having a player like him in their lineup in the shortest format of the game.

While talking to Jio Cinema, Rayudu said,”He has been there, done that, and seen it all. He is one of the most underrated cricketers India has ever produced. He should have played Test Cricket, I can’t believe he did not play the game. He is an astute student of the game, someone who knows the game inside out.”

He further added,”Absolute team man will do anything for the team. Every team would have loved to have him. I have loved him from the age of my junior days.”

Rayudu has been one of the most successful batters in IPL history but he has struggled a lot in recent editions. In 2013, he has gathered 139 runs in 11 innings he has played so far.
