“Hardik Pandya is injured but he is…”Ex Newzeland’s star makes a shocking claim on Hardik Pandya’s fitness

Former New Zealand captain Simon Doull believes that Mumbai Indians skipper Hardik Pandya is suffering from an injury, but he is not admitting it. Simon Doull pointed out the same when Hardik, who opened the bowling for Mumbai in the first two games, didn’t bowl a single over in the next two matches.

However, Hardik Pandya did bowl over against Royal Challengers Bangaluru, but Doull feels that it’s his gut feeling that says that Hardik Pandya is suffering from some sort of injury.

In his interaction with Cricbuzz, Simon Doull said, “You go out and make a statement by opening the bowling in game no. 1, and suddenly, you are not required. He’s injured. I’m telling you there is something wrong with him. He is not admitting it. But there is something wrong with him, for sure. That is my gut feeling

Hardik Pandya was even asked about his decision to not bowl a single over against the Delhi Capitals in a match, to which the Mumbai Indians skipper replied that he would be bowling at the right time..

Hardik Pandya said, “All is well; I will be bowling at the right time. I had it covered, so I didn’t need to roll my arm over.”

Hardik Pandya was earlier out of action due to an ankle injury he suffered against Bangladesh in a World Cup match.
However, Hardik needs to be extra careful of himself because an injury in the IPL can deplete India’s chances going into the Twenty20 World Cup, which is scheduled right after the IPL.
