Harbhajan Singh named’ Mr. Consistent’ Of IPL 2024

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) are staying in contention in the Indian Premier League 2024. They got a convincing win of 60 runs against Punjab Kings, marking their fifth victory in the 17th season. With two matches left to play, RCB still has an opportunity to reach 14 points. However, their playoff chances will depend on the results of other teams.

In this IPL season, Virat Kohli has emerged as the best batter where he has gathered 634 runs, which includes one century and five half-centuries. In a match against the team led by Sam Curran, Kohli played a brilliant innings where he scored 92 runs off just 47 balls. The veteran cricketer struck 7 fours and 6 sixes as RCB posted a formidable total of 241/7 in their allotted 20 overs.

Kohli, who had been under fire for his strike rate this season, maintained a strike rate of around 196 in the game against Punjab Kings. Former Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh praised Kohli as “Mr. Consistent” after his exceptional performance, which contributed to the team’s victory.

The former Indian off-spinner called him MR. Consistent after his match-winning knock against Punjab.

Kohli is part of the Indian squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup tournament. He has been exceptional in IPL and the team will look to use his form in the upcoming ICC event as well.
