Royal Challengers Bangalore made history by completing the fastest chase of a target over 200 runs in the tournament and reached 201 runs in only 16 overs.

Amid the run-chase, Jacks surpassed Chris Gayle’s record for reaching the second fifty runs of an innings in the fewest balls. Jacks achieved his fifty in just 31 balls and then picked up his pace. He needed only 10 more balls to transition from 50 to 100 showing his remarkable hitting skills.

In his last 10 balls, Jacks hit six, two runs, six, four, dot, six, six, four, six, and six and reached the feat of a hundred in only 10 balls from the score of 54.

The former RCB player Chris Gayle previously held this record when he took only 13 balls from reaching fifty to achieving a hundred in a match against Pune Warriors India in 2013.
