Good News For Team India Fans, Bumrah Completes Surgery In New Zealand

In the latest development of the new Indian fast bowler, Jasprit Bumrah has finally completed his back surgery. Due to his back injury, Bumrah was out from action for 6 months and he will also not feature in the upcoming IPL and the final of the ICC Test Championship if India makes it.

Indian Cricket management will look for the services of Bumrah in the upcoming ODI World Cup to be hosted by India itself. It’s been almost six months and the pace spearhead of India played his last match in September 2022 against New Zealand.

Due to his injury, Bumrah had to miss the Asia Cup 2022 and then he made his comeback from the T20Is against Australia. He was there in the squad for the series against South Africa but his persistent back injury marked him out from it as well.

Bumrah was also not part of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in Australia and his injury concern has given a warning bell to team India.

He was supposed to play again in the series against Sri Lanka, however, after being initially named to the squad, he was pulled out due to a niggle.

Due to the absence of Bumrah, Mumbai Indians will suffer a bit in their pace bowling. However, Jofra Archer is all set to make his comeback to the IPL after a hiatus year in 2022.
