Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, the match was a thrilling spectacle ending India A’s victory by 51 runs. Led by an outstanding performance from captain Yash Dhull and left-arm spinner Nishant Sindhu, India A secured their spot in the final against Pakistan A.
The left-arm spinner Nishant Sindhu turned the tide in India A’s favor with his remarkable bowling display. He claimed five crucial wickets in his seven overs, conceding just 19 runs. In that match, Sai Sudharsan played a heroic unbeaten century, well supported by Nikin Jose, who scored 53 off 64 balls. The duo’s impressive partnership helped India A chase down Pakistan A’s target of 206 runs in just 36.4 overs. Rajvardhan Hangargekar’s exceptional bowling figure of 5/42 set the foundation for India A’s convincing 8-wicket victory.
