Now according to the latest reports in Times Of India, Dhoni is helping Indian cricketers to hit massive sixes in the ongoing T20 World Cup in Australia. The list of cricketers includes Hardik Pandya, Rishabh Pant, KL Rahul, and few others who are part of Team India’s T20 World Cup squad. Talking about Dhoni’s technique of hitting sixes, the ex-skipper often used Curve Bat for generating more power in order to clear the boundary. Captain cool has passed the same advice to these cricketers and without any doubt, they are getting the benefits from his advice. The reports in TOI suggest that Pandya, Rahul, and Pant are using Round Bottomed bats at the T20 World Cup to hit massive sixes. Dhoni used the same kind of bats during his playing days in order to smash those monstrous sixes. The bat being used by Hardik Pandya is the same kind of bat that Dhoni had while playing in the T20I. This is said to be Dhoni’s Brainchild and the bat seems curved from the bottom.

The managing director of a leading sports equipment manufacturer Sanspareils Greenlands, Paras Anand said, “It was Dhoni who had first started using this kind of bat before the 2019 World Cup. And now these Indian players have started asking for this kind of bat.”
