The Pakistan team has been playing the first test match at Rawalpindi of the three-test match series against England. On the third day of the game, skipper Babar Azam played a clinical inning of 136 runs off 168 and became the seventh player of the game to complete the century.
Rawalpindi is the golden pitch for the batters, four English batters have already scored tons, and three Pakistani batters also showed classy performances and hit the ton. Visitors have played brilliantly and set the mammoth total of 657 runs on the board, and end of the third day, the host, is 499/7 and trailed by 158 runs.
After the brilliant performance of the Pakistani skipper, former England skipper Michael Vaughan tweeted a praising comment and made a big claim for the batter.

After this tweet, cricket fans started criticizing Michael Vaughan and wrote, “Even Ashwin would have scored a triple hundred on this deck. I have nothing against Babar, but this knock means nothing. And best across all formats? You’ve been kept busy not watching other games when England doesn’t play”.

The Rawalpindi’s pitch favoured batters, and it was the first time in test history that opener batters of both the team had scored centuries. Even the PCB chairman said the wicket is unsuitable for the Test circuit.
