In this match, Chennai Super Kings won the toss and elected to bowl first and while batting first KKR put on a score of 137 runs at the loss of nine wickets. For KKR, captain Shreyas Iyer scored the maximum 34 runs, while Sunil Narine contributed 27 runs for the team.
For Chennai Super Kings, Tushar Deshpande and Ravindra Jadeja got the maximum of three wickets each, while Mustafizur Rahman got two wickets with Theekshana one wicket in hand.
While chasing the target, skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad got the maximum 67 runs while Shivam Dube got 28 runs with the bat and once again showed his hitting skills.
